Bloom & Brew was born from a simple belief: that great coffee and genuine human connection can transform an ordinary morning into something special. Founded in 2019 by Sophie Laurent and James Chen, our cafe brings together single-origin coffees sourced directly from small farms, pastries baked fresh every morning, and a space designed to feel like home.

Co-Founder & Head Barista
Former sommelier turned coffee obsessive. Sophie trained in Melbourne before bringing her passion for single-origin coffee to London.
James Chen
Co-Founder & Head Baker
James trained at Le Cordon Bleu and spent three years perfecting sourdough at a heritage bakery in San Francisco.
Amara Osei
Cafe Manager
Amara keeps everything running smoothly. With a background in hospitality management, she ensures every guest feels welcome.
Luca Rossi
Pastry Chef
Luca brings Italian precision to our pastry case. His seasonal fruit tarts and vegan brownies have a devoted following.
